Safe Families for Children Westmoreland County surrounds families in crisis with caring, compassionate community. We are a nonprofit, volunteer movement that provides hope and support to families in our local community.  Our support to families looks different for each family.  Sometimes we host children, other times, we are a shoulder to lean on; and for some families we help with connections to services in the community.

Serving all of Westmoreland County, PA, we create extended family–like supports for desperate families through a community of devoted volunteers who are motivated by faith to keep children safe and keep families intact.  We hope that you get in touch with us to see how you can best connect with our chapter!
